Get into your "afterburn"! The TONE ZONE bootcamp program is a heart rate zone interval training workout (loaner heart rate monitor Included with your program).
Get into our 3 training zones (we call the tone zones), for optimal results and to keep you in the "After Burn" burning calories long after your workout. Yoga and Pilates
Free Yoga classes are included with any of our personal training or Tone Zone programs. See our schedule for days and times.
Pilates classes and private sessions by Mend/Mvmt.
Outdoor Fit Park
Take it outside. Our FUNctional training area includes - Monkey Bars, Heavy Bags, Ropes, Tires, Sleds, Concept Rowers and Air Assault self powered treadmills. See our fitness park.
